YHZS75/90 is a large-scale concrete mobile batching plant. The design of our mobile batching plant is no longer simply satisfied with the previous miniaturized and simplified design ideas. The YHZS90 concrete batching plant is equipped with the JS1500 concrete mixer just like the fixed commodity concrete batching plant. It is used in large-scale construction projects with long engineering lines and frequent transitions.
The whole machine of the mobile batching plant is controlled by computer, which can be operated automatically or manually. The operation is simple and easy to master. The dynamic panel display can clearly understand the operation of each component, and at the same time can store and print report data, which provides convenience for production scheduling management. The main electrical components of the mixing host reducer, metering sensor, and control system are all imported components, which not only greatly reduces the failure rate of the equipment, but also improves the metering accuracy of the equipment.

1. High capacity
Equipped with JS1500 forced high-efficiency concrete mixer, the belt conveyor is continuously conveying, ensuring that the JS mixing machine can continue to operate in large quantities during the mixing process.

The batching machine, main mixer, control room and other important components are integrated. The main machine lifting tray is equipped with a trailer device, which can be easily towed away in the transportation state. The new equipment has fewer brackets and can be disassembled, which is more convenient for transportation.

The intelligent fully automatic control system is adopted, which is easy to operate and can perform real-time monitoring, report printing, ratio storage and other functions.
