PL series concrete batching motorized vehicles are the front automatic batching equipment of concrete mixing equipment, which can automatically complete the batching procedure of sand, stone, cement and other materials according to the requirements of concrete proportioning.
This series of products are suitable for different workplaces and are composed of storage hopper, weighing system, feeding system, electric control system and other parts. The feeding methods are pneumatic valve and belt conveyor. The number of aggregate bins can be designed as 2,3 or 4 bins according to customer requirements.
The through-belt aggregate batching machine weighs the materials in several storage bins in sequence through a long belt, with one sensor in each of the four corners of the hopper, to achieve the effect of accurate weighing of this type of doser. This type of batching machine can be used with hopper type mixing plant or with belt plant to reduce the cost.

1. High accurate weighing
The load cell has excellent performance and accurate weighing. On the side walls of the sand bin and sand scale bucket, vibrators are installed to facilitate rapid weighing and quick unloading.
2. Automatic proportioning
It can automatically complete the batching of various materials according to the concrete ratio set by the user. The top panel of the batching machine can be lowered or removed as needed to reduce the labor intensity of the loading.
3. Flexible structure
On the side walls of the sand bin and sand scale bucket, vibrators are installed to facilitate rapid weighing and quick unloading. High precision of ingredients, material ratio can be adjusted arbitrarily, high efficiency, energy saving, easy to install and move.
