Cement silo is composed of silo body, outrigger, filling pipe, guard rail, dust collector, water level indicator, safety valve, discharge valve and so on. It has a cylinder structure with a dust collector at the top and a safety valve for powder material leakage. A material level indicator can be placed in the middle of the silo to indicate the volume of material in the silo. An arch breaking device is located at the bottom of the silo to prevent clogging of powdered material and facilitate discharge.
Cement storage silo is a new type of silo, after modular production and processing, it is transported to the construction site and bolted. The parts of this type of bulk cement silo are finished by machine. It eliminates traditional on-site production, eliminates roughness and defects caused by manual welding and cutting torches, and has the advantages of beautiful appearance, short construction period, convenient installation, centralized transportation and recycling after use.

Complete advanced processing equipment are introduced by USA, Japan and all the data of QIC silos is provided by TonaJi University. It considers strength of silo resistance coefficient of the typhoon and bending resistance coefficient. Both these effectively ensure working accuracy.
